Ring Of Life In Bh World?

I was fighting someone and i hit a 43 with d bolts and it killed him or should of and then he disappeared i didn't get a drop or see him tele.

 

I'm assuming its:
X logging of some sort.
He tellied but you lagged.
He logged out?
He died but you lagged and no loot anyway.
He's invisible!

 

Is bh even open yet?
