    I'm kinda testing my metabolism

    I've retained the same weight for about 2 years (give or take 5 lbs up or down) and i usually consume at least 3500 calories a day. I want to see if I can break my metabolism D:

    I used to be on a 6000 calory diet while I was training. Now I actually watch what I eat.

    double cheeseburgers and milkshakes should do it. A lot of pop will fuck you up too.

    high fat, high basic carbs, high sugar, protein works against you a lil bit.

    3500 is probably pretty close to your basal metabolic rate, assuming you're the slightest bit active and you're not a tiny fucker.

    You'd also be consuming 15000mg of sodium, about 700% recommended daily intake, which would probably make your brain swell up, and cause high blood pressure and organ failure. Good luck, lol.
