    Sweet, looking forward to it.
By the way, smoking Marijuana at times does really help with almost all of the 'symptoms' you posted, so hopefully this works for you. :)

Yeah. As I posted, I used to smoke weed for exactly that reason. But being expelled just flipped my whole world upside down.

I've had similar problems in the past but have worked through them. I found exercise was a really good way to deal with it, as you tire yourself out, making you more likely to sleep. It's also really good distraction from all the bs in your life. Video games are fine but to an extent. Last summer I spent a solid month just gaming.

heaven sports require groups and if he's on his own a lot he doesn't really have that option.

    join a gym, see how you're feeling after a month (20 visits+)

Don't smoke weed there's enough people fucked up in the world off it. You might think it's fine but you don't realize as you're slowly becoming premafried.

Take up something like basketball. Why?
-You can play by yourself, and with your friends, and I'm sure some of them do.
    -You'll get active
-It's more than a physical workout; it's fun and it helps you think a bit since it's a game of some strategy (aiming, etc)
-You'll eventually get ambitious about it and lose weight if you stick to it.

It doesn't have to be basketball but you get what I'm saying

And of course weed won't hurt you if you think it'll help.

I recommend seeing a psychiatrist. There are even internet chat rooms out there to talk to people. Just spill your guts out to someone.

If you don't have the will power to even get up then why do you think you'll have the will power to follow any of our advice?

I think you've got a case of lazy-fuck disorder. Your sleeping patterns are fucked up because you don't do shit all day so your body doesn't get tired and is able to stay up longer, and you end up staying up till the next morning and then it's too late to go to sleep. So you skip that whole night of sleep and pass out the next night.

Since you're expelled, and not old enough to work, then the only thing you really can do is play sports. Use this time to get good at sports and condition your body since you don't have to wake up early for anything and can get a full amount of sleep. This is what I am doing this summer. Get 9 hrs of sleep, eat healthy, and just play sports all day. When you get back to school you will ball out at whatever sport you want and you will be popular.

I love BMXing and if I somehow can't bring my bike to the park, I borrow other peoples for a couple of minutes. If you get a lot of knowledge about BMX/parts of BMX you can get respect from other regulars at the park, even if you aren't on a bike. Just go to the park for a few days, don't do anything stupid, make a few friends with people you know, show you know your shits about BMXing and maybe you can borrow someones bike. I learnt lots of things on my mates GT (Clearing the Jumpbox, doing the spine smooth) and now my parents can see how seious I am they are letting me buy a good bike. Also, if you BMX a lot it can spark interests for other similar sports.

Smoke weed, go the gym/do sports, and eat healthy. By this I do mean fruit and veg and shit as well as all the other good stuff. Can really make a difference to your mood, although I don't want to go into the science of it, but trust me. If you still feel down it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor, but in my opinion, you're just in a psychological rut at the moment. As long as you're determined to do something about it, you'll come out the other end alright. Since you're not really doing much for the rest of this school year, it'd be worth getting into shape and stuff too, since you have the time. Mentally and physically you'll feel so much better. Do regular situp and pressup and shit like that, and make some more friends if possible! Good luck

Dude, don't listen to the people saying see a doctor/psychiatrist.. those people are just there to listen, and tell you what your problem is.. seeing as you already figured out your problem you gotta take the next step.

First of all, find more friends.. friends are your best bet in life, especially at that age. Get a girlfriend, occupy yourself with something. Some people said smoke weed, yes, that's a good thing to do.. weed will make you more socially active which might get you a few friends. About your eating problem, try cutting down on food, drink plenty of water. You don't have to work out to stay healthy, just eat healthy, have a good hygiene. In a way, some of those things will make you feel better about yourself. Just have fun with people, it'll keep you away from video games and the computer, or play video games with friends.

I probably like said the same thing 20 times but just reworded.

At 15.. it's hard to find a job so you should wait. Start school as soon as possible, don't fuck with anybody, don't fuck up anymore, you need to change in order to be happy.

I know how you feel man, but if you treat your parents with respect and show them that you love them, they'll treat you with the same respect and love. Try getting yourself out of hell little by little.

Just out of curiosity, how did you become an insomniac? Did it just happen one day or was there some sort of event that caused it?

Can anybody help? I have a serious problem.

A week or so after my dad slammed my head into a wall repeatedly.

I was knocked out cold for a good 10 minutes, woke up in a rage-ridden mood, and ever since I've been staying up at night, wondering why the fuck I'm living, mainly. My dad has kicked me out 4 times - all during the winter, too. One time I got hypothermia and had to wait 6 hours until my bestfriend came home from his grandparents house (It was christmas, they we're coming home late christmas night) And I stayed at his house for weeks. His parents are really nice and bought me new clothes and a sweatshirt, which I can never repay them for.

It wasn't until the next day where the chills left my body, and that experience just gave me a "FUCK THE WORLD" Mood, but it also led into some great money making experiences...None of which I'll share though, because they are highly illegal.

I'm in a home study program and failing miserably. I might have to take summer school, and might even have to repeat the 8th grade - As a 15 year old...

Everything I have has been taken from me. My bike got stolen, my skateboard broke, I have pennies to my name. I steal my own clothes because my parents are really poor now-a-days with my dad having a crappy job and my mom working part time (They'd be fine if my dad didn't spend money like a mad motherfucker).

Sorry for the life story, but this may give you guys some hints and suggestions as to what's up.
