Using bank payments or credit payments. The noticeable difference when you compare it with PayPal is that there is NO chargeback option. Meaning that once the merchant recieved the payment the buyer is unable to charge the money back, in addition the transaction fee's for MoneyBookers are considerably lower. For example, send a payment of £1.00 in PayPal and you would be charged £0.37, as in MoneyBookers you would only be charged £0.01. Also the sender pays the fee's, not the reciever.
