Can anybody help? I have a serious problem.

I've been fucked up for the past 5 months, after getting expelled.

Sometimes when outside, hanging with friends, ect, I start to shake and get really cold and don't feel good. I don't know what to make of this.

Insomnia: I stay up all night, sometimes for a few days straight. This definitely isn't doing me favors. After staying up a few days, Sometimes I'll sleep for a day or two straight. My mom won't give me sleep pills even though I desire them.

Eating too much: Ever since I got expelled, I can't last even 2 hours without food or drinks. I HAVE to have them or else my stomach starts to hurt like a bitch. Also, sometimes I don't feel like eating for a few days straight, but then I'm back to eating a shitload.

Depression: Obviously I'm home 24/7. My friends are at school. Then they have homework. I don't hate my life, But sometimes I think "What the hell am I living for?" All I do all day is play Xbox 360 and the computer.. I'm in my room all the time. I hate my parents, my dad hates me, and I'm just not happy at all.

These are the worst of my problems, although I have many more.

Any advice?

 

Throw your XBox in a car crusher to begin with, obviously its keeping you awake allot and can be contributing to your sleeping, and eating problems.

Go see a psychologist instead of asking a bunch of 10 year olds health advice. Judging by certain things i assume you spend hours on porn too.

 

Try enrolling in a new school or getting a job or something.. at least then you could keep yourself occupied which should stop your hunger pains, which I feel are probably bought on by boredom?

 

I will probably be selling my Xbox, although that isn't my only problem. I can't fall asleep, period. Even if I'm just sitting in bed. So I occupy that time with video games.

I don't spend hours on porn, but I do look at porn a few minutes daily.

I'm not asking for health advice, mainly for suggestions of what to do.

I can't enroll in a school till next year. It sucks.

I can't get a job, I'm 14.

My bike got stolen... So no exercise.

Yes, I believe the hunger pains are brought on by boredom.

 

Walking is still something you could do, if that helps at all.

 

I have no where to walk too, unless you're just talking around the neighborhood for exercise.

But again, I'm also lazy and don't have the will power to get up.

I use to love bmxing...but my dad let it get stolen because he hates me, honestly... It was a $500 bike that was the only thing that made me get up and out of the house.

Exercising would help a lot.

The hardest part of exercising for me is really just committing to going out and doing it.

I went through a phase similar to yours and exercising helped a lot.

 

I stay up late too....my sleeping problems are exactly same as you.
I been going to bed early by watching a movie...hope it helps

 

I'm out of cash, But I guess I could get a skateboard if I sold my xbox 360...

Lets just say... I wrote my feelings about school and the teachers there.... all over the walls one night.

Sell your console, leave your PC. Get a driving licence, get a car. Get a job, get into college, that's what i did at 18 years old.

you only have to be 13 to get a paper round.


in simple terms get of you ass and do some thing don't jsut fucking cry about it there's always some one worse off than you so get up and prove something to your parents

 

You don't understand. Insomnia MAKES you stay awake. You can't fall asleep if your doing something calming. You need pills or a total change of lifestyle for it to become better.

I'll probably be returning my xbox, as it's only 20 days old.. But I still fear it won't help my sleeping problems.

No paper routes here, all done by adults in cars now. Fuck this economy, Adults are taking our jobs.

My family is horrible. My cousins think I'm mentally handicapped and suicidal. So does the rest of my family.

 

i think i do understand it, i had it until i realised i needed to get my life in order. its a mental think tell your self you can beat it and you will.

You still don't understand, in this economy, every dollar counts. Atleast here it does. Nobodys paying for anything they can do themselves. Especially something as simple as washing a car.

It's mental and psychical, I just need to break this.

The sad thing was I used to be active, gone all the time, had a 6-pack, worked out regularly...Now I'm a fat piece of shit that plays xbox all day..

 

Take a chance and do anything. Just find something you like to do BESIDES VIDEO GAMES.
