    Virtual Credit Card?
    I need a guide\help on going about buying a Virtual Credit Card. I want a very minimal balance, basically just used to verify a friend's PayPal account.

    I don't think Paypal accepts credit or debit cards anymore to verify a paypal.

    Sorry to say but most virtual credit cards require a social security number and theres no such thing (that i have seen) yet that just requires you to pay online for a credit card

    everything said is incorret.

    virtual CC does not need a SS
    and yes you can verify with one

    i cant recomend a site, but google paypal virtual credit card verify and look around
