    Sorry , i dunno if this is right place to write this. But i will:D :D . So i have unverifed paypal account , and i was interested can i receive money on it , and can i send money whit it?

    Paypal.
    You can send and recive money to any other Paypal, however if you plan on making a Payment to a site, many of them only accept verified PayPals. It normally will say at the bottom of their site if they only accept verified.

    If you have a US paypal you cant send money until its verified.

    That's correct, if you have say a Canadian or Australian account you can send and receive without getting verified but most online sites need verified PayPal.

    You can receive any amount of money as long as its within the limit. You can send the money to certain people, websites require verified 1s

    So i unterstand correctly , if my payapl is U.S i cant receive or send unilt its verifed? And if i make new paypal whit canadan i can?

    make a UK paypal and you can us it on any US site anyway even if unverified unless stated for verified only
