Can't Play Rs wtf

Whenever I try to play Rs, it closes the window. I can go to the homepage, but when I click on "play free to play" or "play members" it closes it out. This is what happens for each of my browsers.

• Firefox: The program goes "Not Responding"
• Ie8 & Safari: Window closes automaticly. (This is what happens when I try to play it on a downloadable client too.)
• Chrome: Doesn't even start loading the game screen.

If somebody has a result that works, you'll be rewarded with an account, which I can't get the screenies of, because I can't obviously play RuneScape. >_>

• Try rebooting your computer.
  If RuneScape normally works for you, but isn't today, the first thing to try is simply rebooting your computer. This fixes the problem a lot of the time!
  
  
• Upgrade Java.
  Click here to download and install the latest version of Java.
  
  
• Download the lastest Windows patches.
  Click here to visit Windows Update and install the latest patches for your operating system.
  
  
• Try changing the 'Java Options' settings.
  Go to the Java Options page on our website (under the 'Play Now' drop-down menu) and try changing the Java setting to 'Force Sun Java', press 'save settings', then proceed to load the game as normal.
  
  
• Try running in the latest version of Firefox.
  Download the latest version of Firefox here, and try using that to play the game.
  
  
• Try starting in 'safe mode'.
  While the game is loading (when the loading bar is on the screen), press the 's' key on your keyboard. This will cause the game to start in safe mode.
  
  
• Close all unnecessary programs before running RuneScape.
  Close all other unnecessary windows and programs before starting RuneScape.

The loading bar doesn't even appear.

I've done all this before. Negative.

This has been happening for like 1 month, but I let it slip for that long. :|

 

Mind providing me the specs of your computer? Maybe its a computer problem rather than a browser problem.

 

To me it looks like...your computer cannot even handle java, add my msn, I'm a java expert .

 

My laptop doesn't load it either >.< I get a White screen with the writing java and a circle round it. 1.6 processor or summin but used to work fine

 

I had this problem before, too. Just go to the Java folder, and "de-upgrade" it, by removing the folder for the latest version of Java.

 

umm what do you meen by 'de-upgrade'? delete?
