No offense, but I have to correct you on some things...

The stats are: okay, not "great" because there are level 71s with 99 str, 99 range, and 99 mage.

The high quest points for its level is also false. Many good 1 def pures (level 70 approx) have about 120 quest points.

How ever, the gp is great, which helps boost your account value.

I think $350 is too much to ask. As the stats can easilly be botted to what you currently have :S. I would price this account at $200 at the absolute max. And I'd set a starting bid of $100 (I think this will sell for $175).

This is just my critique, and here is some advice for you. (If you want $350).

Get a firecape, get 99 strength, get 94 mage. Do some more quests.

A couple things.
1. This account is far from maxed. As far as xp goes, level 92 is half way to 99. This fact alone makes your statements about being almost maxed false, and bringing the account down to a realistic value of $200 - $250 IMO.

2. Low prayer level isn't a plus. 52 prayer would be preferable.

3. I would recommend getting 94 mage, as stated above, as it would significantly increase its value (maybe more towards the price you desire)

4. 49m worth of items is a nice plus, significantly increasing the value, but what you say about few pures being rich is dead wrong. I could train woodcutting from 75-99 in a month or two and walk away with almost 70m.. any pure can do it.. Merchanting and gold farming services still exist. Not to mention RWT isn't as dead as you say it is. So making a hype about it being rare to have a rich pure is stupid

5. I am going to report you after posting this for triple bump posting, hence spamming.

Nice account, I'm agreeing with everything that has been said, so also the things about the value. If you are not interested, then why the **** would you bother comparing this to an elite pure? Like he said, try to find a lvl 71 pure with 99 str 99 range 99 mage for sale here, you'll almost never find it.
This man (Legit or not..) is trying to make a sale, and like every irl 'Seller' would do, is get the price up high. And about the quest points... That's the most stupid thing I have ever heard.. What would you rather have?

A pure with 200 qp with no DT, MM, etc done?
or a pure with 50 qp with DT, MM, etc done?

If you don't want to buy it for the price this man wants, just close the thread?

the gpis worth about 100 dollars lol. gp on an account is not the same as selling gp free from it. if yuo want money sell the gp for 3.50 ea then get firecape 52 prayer venge and sell this account for 150. done
