PBP or SMS Pins question.

I am thinking of buying 2 pins. I am new to this so to clear any doubts, can pins be refunded?
Let's say the seller gets his friend's cellphone or any phone that is not his and gets a pin. The owner of the phone notices. Can he refund the pin?
So if I buy it, redeem it, can the pin be refunded?

Yes I believe it is possible, just make sure you buy from a pin seller who's been selling for a long time and trustworthy, instead of some random guy who joined last month selling his first pin.

 

Ok, thanks. It's just that i have 7.51 in paypal and that's enough for just 1 month, but saw people selling pins for $3 each, so i decided to consider it .

 

yes if the people refunded the pin than ur account will end off negative credit, but most of the time poeple don't refunded the pin trade..

 

This has happened to me recently, try avoiding new comers to sythe.org who look "dodgy" in your eyes. I recommend going for more trusted users who sell pins, although there prices may be slightly higher, you safely know that your account wont be put in jeopardy.

In the runescape rules, it says you can only get your membership from your immediate family.

 

I don't think they care as long as they paid for the pin, if they refund than ur account will get ban for negative credit...

 

I highly recommand using a MM for pin trades, as they can give you a used pin, and it will still say "Incorrect Payment Window for PIN."

 

I will probably use one for my first trade as I will be buying two, but is the MM service free? I want to use an official/trusted MM, but I don't know if they charge a fee or anything.

I believe you can. It's just that you are not allowed to have pins on more than three accounts at one time.
