I have a main with 99 cooking, 1600 total. He has 21m cash on him, no items just the cash. He has some pretty neat skills. I am willing to use an OMM. The account has two problems though;
a) It has recoveries, but they are not set by me. They are set by Ex-admin on this site Ryan, so if you want to trade with me you can get them from him.

b) The account cannot use Pbp pins. It can use credit cards, however.
