falsley PERM muted jagex wont believe me

OK here is the story. I decided Runescape was taking over my life. So i went on socom and gave it to a random guy in game that played runescape. That was two years ago. I just recovered my account about a month ago and want to start playing again. To my surprise i was permanently muted. I went to see why and it was because the dumb-ass lowlife loser was asking for fucking girlfriends! I was like wow... But the worst part is that under the You Are Now Permanently Muted ticket he replied by saying I am sorry. What A Fucking Dumbass. I need some advice on how to get jagex to believe me, and is there anyway that i can become unpermanently muted without sending tickets into jagex? What have you done that has worked? Thanks.

I am in almost the same situation. Someone keylogged my account and was on it for a few hours and managed to get perm muted by a moderator. I am curious if someone here on sythe who is a pmod on RS can possibly unmute me? Or how can i get in touch with Jagex to tell them i was hacked?

 

There are player mods on these forums? I thought pmods could only issue temporary bans like 48 hours.

 

wow... use the forums. they have the account review thread. it is for perm muted OR!!! banned. notice the key word OR!!!!!... im 96% sure that jagex will unmute you.

 

If your a member send them a email customer support, check the website for the email address and player mods can only temp mute only jagex or
a Jmods can unmute you.

 

Dont send them a email. They will ignore it. Ask a friend to post your username in the Account Review Thread on the forums.

 

Im waiting for the account review thread to be unlocked so i can post my account there.

I am not a member at the moment. Would anybody be able to help me with this by posting my name on the account review thread. I really do not feel like wasting 5 dollars in times these days. especially when i don't even know if i will be unmuted. Player Mods can perm mute you.

 

Hotdude - I'm guessing one of the reason jagex wont un-mute you is because you broke one of the game rules [Account Sharing/Trading] i had the exact same thing happen to me a few years back and i never got my account back.
