How dumb does jagex get...

Ok so i forgot the info to my account. Was original owner. Lost it for around 2 years now. So i send alot of appeals to recover and all are denied. 2 months later i send ONE appeal and its accepted. Im all happy YAY. Then 2 days later it gets locked. Im like ok my appeal got accepted so obviously this will work to. And i get denied from the unlock appeal. WTF?

BTW, next time you make a appeal try to leave the creation date and your IP.

 

that happened to me aswell on my main once you will eventually get it back soon or later because you're the only one claiming to be the owner of the acc

 

I know. Jagex can be stupid. If no1 else claims the account for a long period of time, it's just like tasticz said

 

hopefully there isnt havent played in forever and forgot to look at last login etc

 

This has happened to me as well. Except my locked account appeal worked too.

 

same thing happened 2 me. They do that with accs locked for a long time
Except I was locked 4 two years, unlocked, sent in ban appeal for a last chance(was permed for pass scamming), I got locked again, recovered again, they removed perm ban plus the last chance, so only 3.6 black marks

Maybe you should supply more information, it isn't their fault you forgot your account information. Practice safe account security and you wouldn't have this problem.

I had this, I forgot bout my account, 2 years later I tried and now I have it.

 

its because of the jagex staff, and yes they do read it, and you should log your tracking ids because you can use it in your little box you write crap when you try to recover account,and if all else fails try emailing/bill support, and say some "heart-breaking" story, and pretty good chance they will unlock your account, they did that to me, i send in some story for bill support and they unlocked my account without me doing anything, just sending them a letter. it works like that

same happened with me, Made my account Pk Dat Noob in like 05, I quit in 07 because I got hacked, two years later (Late March 2009) I sent a request got it back, I saw that everything was gone expect my rubber chicken and and my filled Zammorak book and some other junk, then like a few hours it was banned and I had to re-provide all the info again because they didn't think I was the real account owner, and took them 3 days to expect my shit.

The same thing happened to me. I made an account in early 2006, and quit playing on it in early 2007 because somebody hacked the account away from me, and I couldn't use it. I decided to do an appeal in April 2009 for the heck of it, two hours after I'd recovered my account it was locked. I haven't even bothered sending a locked account appeal because I know it wouldn't be accepted.

 

happened to me also, jagex unlocked it like a week later though

 

I have the same problem. However, when I try to recover it back they won't let me.
