Summary:
I was wanting a pin, I went first after a long debate.
S/he gave me the PayPal and asked me to C&C.
I did, and I asked for the PIN.
It didn't work, as s/he verified. (Luckily s/he didn't steal my account)
I asked for a refund, and s/he refused.
Then s/he signed out.

I later sent a PM asking for a refund, to give her/him a chance.
No reply.

If I am missing anything, feel free to post or PM.
Ban this scammer.

 

You do realise that the pin works, you've just selected either the wrong country or pin type?

However he's shown the intent to scam. Also he's a ban evader. Banned.
