Making it against the rules to put "I'm not a scammer" in sig.

As the title says, this suggestion is for the act of putting "60% of Sythe users are scammers, if you're part of the 40% put this in your sig" infraction worthy. Anyone who publicily declares in their sig "I am not a scammer" is a bit . I just find it really annoying (and dont trust the people who do it).

Yea, I think it's pointless to put that sentence in your signature.
You gain more trust with your experience in trading etc, not by putting a sentence in your signature.

 

It's pointless, annoying, and dumb, yes. But people have the right to put whatever they want in their signatures as long as it's within the rules of the forum and doesn't infringe upon others.
It's not really any different then the ones that says something simular to:
"95% of teens listen to rap. If you're part of the 5% who doesn't, put this in your sig,"

 

Exactly, it could fool nubs into thinking that someone is trusted who is infact not. There is no point saying "I am not a scammer", if you have no trust. Decent vouches do this for you.

Although I think that Rap/Rock one is fine, I hate the viral element (put it in your sig). If there was no viral element then it would be better. Still, having "I am not a scammer" in your sig is pointless.

Honestly, I could care less. If you are stupid enough to believe that because someone put that they're not a scammer in their signature, then I'm really not inclined to feel and sympathy for you. Also my personal definition of a signature is that what you put in it is entirely personal, and reflects your character on your internet persona. Having it in your signature is your choice, and although it doesn't make me trust you any more, why should I care if its in your signature?
