I'm new to this site and I need a few tips :D

Suppose I wanted to start trading on the black market. How does it work? and What happens if I get scammed or something? Oh and Suppose I have a lot of money on another account how would I move that from that account to my main?

for transferring money your ginna have to find or buy a rwt guide from the runescape guides section,
it works like this,lets say your selling an account,you start a topic selling taht account, it would help if you provided some pictures or whatnot(blackout the name jagex has been known to look at these sites)now somone will post and say they want to buy the account for $10 usd, whichever one of you is more trusted(more on that later)now lets say your going to go first,youll send him the password in a private message or in instand messaging of some sort.then he will send you the money,if he doesnt you goto the scammers section and post all your evidence he scammed you


now about trust:trust is mostly displayed in "vouches" you get a vuoch when you provide a good or service to someone ex.free skill training or selling somone an account or guide,usually the person with the least vouches will go first in a trade,unless theres a middleman
a middleman is easy to explain,both people give him the information and he gives it to them,they usually charge a fee

If you want to transfer mils from one account to other than you need to buy a method at guide section... when you want to do trade with other remember to use a official MM

Well after you create an account you can do a couple things, link a credit card to your paypal account, and then you can even link your bank to the account. After that you can use money from your bank or credit card to pay on paypal.

 

People are iffy with cc funded paypals though. Be weary, if I was you I wouldn't have it verified or attach your bank to it.

 

But be aware:
Paypal are often used to scam, since payments can be charged back. If your the one who sending money, it's cool. Else, keep your eyes open.
