Well there you mention how there were no chat logs mentioning levels gained. In this case there clearly was, just not the screenshots because of the reason mentioned above. Here there is constant updates on levels and mentioning that the account ran out of membership:

Furthermore, there were no ToS in that report that the customer agreed too, also this guy did not have workers and did the job themselves. So i don't see the reason why your judgement would be the same towards both reports?

My terms of service do require that workers can provide screenshots, however this worker turned them off because he did not read it carefully. So how is that me having a shitty business operation?

Besides all that, i don't believe anyone has checked that this account did actually got banned and therefore this can still be a random accusation? I was denied access to check even when the account was still banned for the reason that he first wanted to remove his wealth? How does that make sense?

 

Those screenshots do not prove that this was hand trained - thus they prove nothing. It is not a hard feat to look back at the bot client every few hours and give the customer an update on XP.

"So how is that me having a shitty business operation?" - Due to the fact that you are not enforcing your worker ToS and checking that when they are doing customer orders, everything is being recorded legitimately.

Your ToS states you will use the worker's deposit to compensate the customer. This amount is 200m.

Well if there were screenshots and the worker used botting software that was compatible with runelite, then it would all be okay? No problem? See how there is no right or wrong here?

What damage has been done to your account, other then that an infraction was added?

If can be i would like one of the moderators to check the account and tell me the username so i can verify with my worker that this was the actual account as im starting to think that this was just one big setup.

 

You have been on record to say you are very familiar with botting bans and seem to know an awful lot about how they operate including lots of plugins you keep mentioning. It's very suspicious.

The infraction IS the damage done to the account. That will be on my account forever. I would rather have 80 defence again with no infraction - since this cannot be done; again I will say it - lets follow your ToS and settle upon the worker's deposit amount. Your worker is responsible for the ban on my account; this I should be receiving his deposit.

I will completely oblige to your third sentence. I have no problem with letting that happen.
