Basically I give him the guide and show it how it works. He intended me to x-fer 4m to him. He gives me guides which is super poisoning rune arrows. He claims 15 are done per potion and its 700 gp profit each arrow. Even in his thread he gives an estimate of how much gp is made per 90 seconds or whatever. It was his responsibility to make sure it works before he sold it.

 

Do you have a screenshot of the agreement?

If he claims that the trade was 4m for a guide, and that he did not formally agree to the substitution, it would help to see proof otherwise.

 

The trade was my guide for his guide and my guide+4m. His guide ended up not working so I wanted regular payment for my guide and he refused basically saying my guide wasn't part of the deal which it was.

 

I can see where he'd take issue. In the agreement, you make it sound like your guide is a free add-on to the trade; in the future, be explicit.

However, I'll grant that he should have checked the method in advance, and that trying to sell something he had never tested is a scam.

He is banned until this is resolved.
