So I've gone to log into my account one day that I bought from RS Phoenix and the password has been changed. I proceed to ask him to try to recover my account to which he advised that he is NOT the original owner of the account which he never disclosed to me from the beginning from when I purchased the account from him around July this year. This was a huge red flag for me.

RS Phoenix started blaming me which is was extremely appaulled by, advising me that I am pretending that the account's password has been changed. The part that was really fishy was that after multiple attempts for him (which he advised that he doesn't have the original details to the account) he said he could not recover. He proceeded to get the previous owner of the account involved who again COULD NOT recover the account coincidentally.

He asked me multiple times if I had received a password reset email which I did not. When I asked him how that is even possible he advised again that I was either lying or that the owner had recovered it. Funny that the owner "couldn't recover it" right? He continued to call me names and call me a scammer. Super super defensive when all he had to do was just recover the account and not refund me? This process went on for in excess of 1 week.

Anyway I lost around 5.5b in items and the name Mmo. RS Phoenix was heartless about the whole thing and refunded me the cost of the account only when he clearly just wanted to resell it after I had gotten 8 more 99s than when I received the account at original sale.

When I have continued to ask him if he has recovered the account he just ignored me with 0 remorse. The login username of the account is [email protected].

Yes this account was sold to this user and it got recovered by @swiftwhip words, or this user just changed email and deleted email from Jagex to receive full refund.

As far as I know, when account gets recovered by original owner, before that you receive password change request(s) to email, which this account haven't received at all.

After contacting original owner of this account, he said that he no longer has access to device, which was used when he created/was playing with this account, so it made us more difficult to recover this account, since it also had no membership purchases not with bonds nor recovery questions set. After few unsuccessful attempts with old passwords and other recovery information, @swiftwhip chose to receive refund rather than waiting more till we try to get account back, so I fully refunded $1050 crypto to this user.

If, like this user states, I would do that to resell and get more profit, I would already add this account to my thread, it's been 1month since this all happened, mods can check my account thread edit history and I can prove all similar accounts have different login email than this one.

Sadly with original owner we couldn't recover account after few more attempts, so I gave up and took it as a loss of account and $ since @swiftwhip received full refund from me. I know original owner pretty good and I really believe he didn't recover this account to scam me and, as stated earlier, there were no password reset requests in email of this account.

 

You should have let it be known a material fact that this was not your account prior to me making the purchase.

Calling me a scammer though? You can ask any of the respected people I deal with to vouch for me and you'll get a nice slap in the face for accusing me of that.

You told me this is YOUR account. You told me explicitly that YOU WOULD be able to recover it if something happened since I've had a bad experience in the past. Unfortunately, people like you lie to make a buck and give other Sythe member a bad name.

You already received full refund even tho account was most likely not recovered, so what's your issue?

I have highly reputable people who trust me with big amounts and could vouch for me as well, and you buying gold from other people while you go first doesn't mean you are trusted and wouldn't scam.

 

look i know there isn't enough evidence because you can hide everything in this transaction but this here is putting you on notice to everyone here at sythe. you will be hard pressed to pull off a stunt like this again and that's why i want everyone to know. the original owner "can't recover" .... yep sure I've recovered account from 17 years of not logging in!

 

also my issue is i lost a 2b name and 5b cash not sure if you read those over your own voice calling me a scammer....

 

also let's put my question in context in how you were answering me. you told me we would be able to get the account back no problem.

@Pirate i took the refund for sure. after losing over 7b i was pretty butt hurt to be honest with you so i quit and just focussed on my business irl. i knew that he was taking the easy way out to make a lot more. also knowing well and good that this gets him off the hook with the whole lot.

i am 99% sure that this will not go in my favour even though by principal it should but i am reporting this so you guys are all on notice so you know the shady shit that is going on with this guy.

when it comes to recovering accounts when you have the details you can always recover them. to not be able to means he is lying about having the actual details at all which is the entire premise why i bought it.

 

im happy to let you see anything you like if it will help you guys determine anything. if it doesn't i understand that this will not go in my favour. this is a report which should be on record as we are talking about one of your "trusted" sellers on here is not doing the right thing by paying customers. As a website hosting this kind of thing it would be something i want to know.

obviously the honus of proof is on me and all i can show you are the facts available to me. i understand how hard it is to prove anything. i guess if it ever happens again you will know I'm not lying time will tell all my friends
