HELP, I've Been Scammed.

Ok, i did a trade for a CD KEY over windows live messenger.

I had posted a thread stating i was buying a L4D Cd Key, i included my msn.
So a guy adds me and says he was given a free cd key from WallMart cos his bro works there. He also told me he wanted to use a middleman for this trade.
So we get a middleman, blah blah, mm gets cd key + plus my money.
Then they both go offline, i am left a loser.

The trade was over PayPal, we never claim/cancelled, so could someone tell me how i can use this method to get my money back?

ring up your banker that u subscribet with, and tell them to cancel that specific transfer. just say it fell through or something. Thisis only possible, beacause there is a 5 day wait until the thransfer is processed.
It has happened to me berfore, thats how i know.

 

Hmm i was thinking of using the Dispute/Claim method?

There's a method, claim the money but don't do the last part... Do not cancel ur dispute....

 

Call PayPal, say it was an unauthorized transaction. They'll ask the guy who received the money for prove of an item being shipped (which he can't supply). They find in your favor, you get your money back and he's not limited.
