Paypal question?

Hi guys. Over the past few months, I've let money accumulate in a paypal account.

Problem is, I can't verify it.

I have $8.15 right now, and I'd use all of it to buy one pin. Is there a way I can do it without verifying? Is it possible for me to give the whole account to someone in exchange for a pin?

 

You could give away the account, but it'd be easier to just get a disposable Visa card (@ Wal-Mart, Target, Gas Stations, etc). Just add it and you can send money.
