I like the one about the Maya calender and December 12, 2012. Obviously these people had to stop writing the calender sometime, just because they stopped at this date does not mean a thing.

It's funny that within the moon landing theory it states that every 3 of 4 Russians believe the USA faked this. Most Russians are brainwashed into thinking that we "cheated" in order to win the space race in attempts to gain advantage on the spacial atmosphere.

 

I'm pretty sure Neil Armstrong came out and claimed that he, in fact, never went to the moon. He claimed that the whole thing was filmed in the United States. There were a bit of flaws in the video, namely the flag being pushed when there is supposedly no air on the moon.

 

Not true. Been disproved many times.

Wrong. Stop talking about things you obviously know NOTHING about. They thought the earth was billions of years old and the universe even older. They also knew humans were like 100,000 years old. Actually, they held a belief shared by many ancient cultures that the earth was destroyed (3 or 4? idk) times, once every "great cycle." It wasn't an arbitrarily chosen date. And why did they have to "stop writing the calendar?" They can comprehend BILLIONS of years, but a few thousand years in the future is too much for them to fathom?
