How to pass out or faint

Step One: Crouch on your knees and take 15-18 slow, deep breaths.

Step Two: On the 19th breath, hold it in and stand up

Step Three: Use your palms and squeeze your jugular vein(s) with a moderate squeeze

Step Four: Find something soft to land on



This is more better known as "Choking Out" or "The Pass Out Game"

Please note this can cause serious damage (Brain Damage, Stroke, etc) please, for the sake of your own life, understand the risks of doing this.

In my experience however, when I do it on my trampoline for a soft landing, as soon as I come to, I have an extreme sense of Euphoria.
