Multiple Owners of "abcdef"?

Well, I was chatting with this guy (who I remembered as ABCDEF). He wanted a free one month, and it eventually got to where he admitted giving away the account. Not sure, maybe and IP check or something..

The IP's are similar, but not quite the same. What's more, abcdef has not been active since June of last year, and the accounts do not seem to have broken any rules (like self-vouching).

I'll ban abcdef for the admission, but there's no evidence that pure has done anything wrong.
