Got lucky with drops and want to sell my GP, any advice?

I got nearly 1b in drops this week and wanna sell it, as i dont need that much gold.
Ive thought about selling it to the sites we all know about but idk how safe they are, i dont expect them to come trade me with a levelled acc, or stuff like that.
I want to be as safe as possible, i know i can get banned but atleast i want to try to minimize the chances as much as i can. Is it possible to sell my GP to players who wont flip it, resellers and stuff like that?

join sythe discord, you can get more offer than website trades.

 

1) Join the Sythe discord
2) Browse over to the gold buy/sell section of discord
3) PM 3-5 users who are advertising as buying OSRS GP
4) Ask them about their trading practices. Do they use an account that is levelled up? Will they come meet you in Varrock vs. Lumby, etc.? I've been berated before because I wouldn't sell 500M to a guy who used a level 3. They will get over it.
5) Take your time and pick an appropriate seller that meets your criteria. Make sure they are well vouched and trustworthy on Sythe too (gold selling vouches are very easy to accumulate. I wouldn't sell $500 worth of gold to anyone who doesn't have hundreds and hundreds of vouches).
6) Transfer your GP to an alt.
7) Ask the buyer to PM you on Sythe using the template (includes Sythe UID which is VERY IMPORTANT. MAKE SURE THIS MATCHES THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO, part of convo, etc,).

 

I'd roll with Discord. Seems like it's more active.

 

1. better to sell it to someone on your friends list who youv'e been friends with for a while (sure not many ppl can do this)

2. trade high level accounts that actually play the game

3. it makes all the difference to not trade random level 3's in commonly rwt associated areas like lumbridge bank

4. ask a gold seller if they have any high level accounts in the duel arena, you could always just lose a stake to a 'food on' stake, this is generally what i do

 

Make sure you use either a trusted middleman or sell to a highly reputable buyer, like a gold site or someone here on Sythe. Make sure you're getting a fair price with the latest up to date rate pricing and always make sure you get your Sythe PM confirmation etc.
