lol? infraction for telling the truth?

my first time attempting to buy an account and i get scammed. like i knew i needed to take pictures, i guess "i fell into his trap" because he has all those vouches and many posts. i spent $78 on that account and he recovers it after a week or so and basically gets a free $78. i post on his thread becuase he selling the same exact account he sold to me and im just informing people that he probably scam again by giving you no time to place recovery questions and give you the wrong membership information.
