I want to buy a Steam Account. Need help =D

Hey guys, I'm interested in buying a steam account but i've only used steam at a friends house. I don't know anything about it and the only game I've ever played is CSS. I want to start playing games on my own computer.

Basically I need to know anything that is important related to Steam Accounts, Values, games, PC requirements etc.

If you could help that would be nice =D

I suppose that would help lol. I'm wondering, if I wanted to buy a steam account from a Sythe member what should I look for? Like, what are good games, what the heck is a VAC and CAL? I dunno what that is lol and it's in some of the descriptions

Vac is the Vac Anti Cheat system that automatically bans players if they are cheating, CAL/CEVO/BOE etc, are leagues that players play in to compete competitively.

Important to know:
- Steam is pretty light weighted program, each account lets you install games on ANY computer you take the account to.
- The lower the steam account digit is, the older that it is made, and It's more expensive.
- When buying a steam account, NEVER change the contact email, ONLY change the secret answer, and password. Because when you change the contact email they will suspect you having multiple accounts.
