lol is this a joke?? impossible to finish those quests without getting up any lvls.

 

It is a glitch from classic, google it or something.

 

in runescape classic people would get levels up and finish quests but.. then they started to scam/dupe and auto.. so JaGeX decided to clear the accounts items/skills but... before they unbanned the accounts for RS2 they forgot to clear quests their for quests are still complete. plus in the Classic 1000exp would be 10 hp but.. then they had a exp change in RS2 1250exp so their for they have 9 hp in RS2

 

Cooks assistan still gave you cooking exp in classic , who you fooling?
