X-S-A-F-E-X Scammed my RS account

X-S-A-F-E-X is supposedly selling Mils for £1 each, he won't tell people what the method is incase you're another gold seller, he changes your password, saying it's so you can't find out what his method is. All this alleged information sounded legit to begin with. He said he was done, I asked for him to change my password back, and he told me to recover it.
I then asked him how he liked the account, he said it was good and tried to sell it back to me. I asked him to prove that he had transferred the money, and he said he was 'busy'.
I'm also not the only person he has scammed.

I have never seen those type of IM's before... I will let someone else review it who may recognize it..
