selling money making guide makes 1m+ p/h

hey im selling a rs money making guide. it makes about 1m p/h. you need members and 2 quests. i will accept all forms of payment. accounts will not be used as payment unless you are very trusted.
btw i need a mod+ to verify this for me.

 

Can any level do this, any specific requirements?
