Dispute

Hello, You Jew here writing a dispute on my TWC and Market Ban. Lets begin with the situation that made me get this ban/TWC. Here is a quote.

That was my ban appeal, which was accepted by most the staff. As you can see, i asked for the TWC and the market ban. I asked for it as a temporary thing until the whole story was figured out, which i believe has happend, as me and Sin666 had a very long conversation and I believe that i stated my story about the situation fully.

The TWC and market ban are making me look bad in the long run and affect the responces some people give to my threads, based upon that TWC rank, some people might not take my posts seriously, and disrespect my general oppinion on most things, just because I am deemed to be a rulebreaker because of something I have been proven not to have done. I don't want an offence that was not commited by me affecting my work on this community, please understand that the TWC and Market ban requests in that appeal were ment to be temporary, and just for security reasons until everything was straigtened out.

I understand some of you are going to say that I don't need to have this removed, because I would be a risk, but please contact any active IRC member, and most staff to get a character reference on me. I am a part of this community to express my oppinions on matters and further understand my views by posting threads in SFA and off-topic, but i want my oppinions to be viewed, and I don't want to be viewed as a scammer/rule breaker by having that ban and TWC that I have done nothing to recieve, other then requesting them for a safety measure. In my oppinion the full story was explained, and there should be no needs for safety measures now. Please take this thread into concideration, and allow staff to post their oppinions on this matter either here or somewhere private. Please understand that i would like this TWC and sectional ban removed because it was a safety percaution, and i have proved i pose no threat to this community, and because i believe that this TWC makes my posts look less legitimate.

I would like to have views of a few staff before this is resolved, so allow for this thread to be open for the time being.

You were unbanned in good faith.

However, the TWC is deserved. Your unbanning hinges on a belief that a friend of yours, a scammer, had control of your account on and off for a duration. This is conceivable, given that your friend supposedly registered for you.

It further contends that you never noticed the posts he made, even when you posted not long before or after. You have even posted your email from his IP, which means he either had control of your email too, or you used Sythe at his house after he had been using your account - still, without him saying anything. Although I do not believe you to be the same person, it my personal belief that this was a shared account.

Still, I trust the judgement of the mods who believe you. There is a lot of gray in this situation, and it's not easy to see through. That is why the TWC and market ban was a condition of your unbanning, and I do not see this decision being changed so soon after you've been unbanned.

However, I will leave this open in case anyone thinks differently.

 

To the e-mail, posts etc, my sythe account and email had the same password back then, and i wasn't active around the computer for around 8-10 months.. Maybe even a year.

Reason i put in a dispute this early is because a few most have told me I cannot dispute it later then 30 days, and i'm pretty near that mark right now, so I put one together. Still waiting for some other mods to look at this and tell me what they think.
