Stairway to Heaven.. hidden Satanic message?

I personally think it's bullshit. Honestly, why go through the time of doing that? People hear what they want to hear. It is, however, something interesting to hear and to show others. It's especially funny when they freak out :laugh:.

 

This song drives me crazy, so I can see where other people may claim to hear things. :- S

 

Wow, I can hear it very clearly, but it's probably only a coincidence.

I once heard someone say they put that on there to increase record sales in the vinyl days. People play the track backwards on a record player, the record breaks, they need to buy another album. I'm not saying it's true, but if it is it's pretty smart marketing.

I don't think they'd take the time to find the lyrics so when you play it backwards.... it says that message.. Makes no sense.

 

I had a thread kind of about this. Not so much Stairway, but to all songs with "conspiracy" type of lyrics.

I think that if you listened to it without looking at what others think, you'd think it's completely different.

(Also, nice signature picture, Kevin, I read a documentary on Kurt Cobain (Heavier than Heaven) & it talked about him. Wasn't he a senator or some type of thing for Washington?

I've seen it a long time ago, im pretty sure it was deliberate and carefully planned out by Led Zepplin.

 

This is very very old....
