MP3 (Philips GoGear 8gb) Button Not Working

Well, the title says it all. The back button on it does not work. Other than that, it works like a charm. Any suggestions on what it may be? I got no warranty and I just need to find out how to fix this.

 

I have a 4GB well try doing this.
Open it up (careful tho) and see if it's jammed or something.
If it's not click the reset button
and if it still doesn't work buy a new one transfer all your songs and stuff to the new one restore it to factory mode then put it in the package with the old one and voila problem solved.

 

Haha loving his method, I have the same problem so this caught my eye, although my MP3 you cant get into. Going to try what he said.

 

Yeah, it was jammed, I just need to push it harder. Thanks
