i got a question, why would some one pay rl cash and rs cash for a item when they can just go to the grand exchange?

 

because they are close to impossible to buy from the ge. it may take a few days or even a few months.

 

add cash for phats no rl cash

 

sbp pretty much covered y u pay rl cash and the fact that every couple days since its unbuyable it goes up roughly 15m as it is at 290m now

and if i was going to sell it with no rl cash involved i would just sell it on rsof
