Hello for mail trades, you will send me a birthday card, new or old. With the amount specified inside.
For paypal transactions, you need to be BANK VERIFIED. You will need to send the money as "gift" *I will teach you how if you aren't sure.* and I will request your phone number, and if you are under the age of 15 request to speak to your parents about you spending online money, as chances are it is theirs, and I do not want any further issues, as well, that isn't fun <3

The prices vary on how much you buy, and as previously stated the more trades we have done, the more furniture I will sell for less =]
Now the starting price will be at 70 cents per hc. Yes - I will bargain.
