Deja Vuu

Why do you think people have Deja Vuu?

In my regards, that process is the result of several natural processes as well as some self caused ones.

1. Pharmacology: Taking a certain kind of medication or drug has increased the Frequency of Deja Vuu.
   
2. Dreams: Some people believe that Deja Vuu is the memory or experience one has in dreams. Because most dreams are not remembered, we do not know what happens in the dreams. We can only make assumptions because the experience is so familiar it's like you've experienced it before but you just don't know where. The only place left is dreams.
   
   [*]Reincarnation: Some people believe that the experience you had underwent was something you've experienced in another life. Because we don't have any real knowledge of our previous lives (if we even had any), we can only make assumptions.
   
   
3. Stress: Sometimes when the mind is overloaded with stress, brains tend to wander off. Stress can lead to a sleeping disorder which can, in turn, cause lack of sleep which causes the frequency due to lack of sleep. Stress makes the mind more alert then usual and sometimes it's too alert that you start imagining things.

 

I'm sure I've experienced deja vuu through a dream. I once had this dream that I wanted my friends cookies and what not. However weird the dream was, I was talking to my friend in class the next day. The situation happened all over again, and he placed the empty bag of cookies in the exact same spot and I felt my stomache turn because I had once had that happen before.

All in all, I've had this type of thing happen to me a few times, and because of it I don't trust bad stuff that happens in my dream. I had a dream me and my dad went for a drive, and we ended up in water. I won't go over a ferry in the car and I mean one of those small drive on ferrys that carry a few people, because of the dream. If I ever go on another fairy, It's with my mom and my dad so I'm not worried.

Call me weird and what not, but I belive I see some of the future through my dreams because of my past experiences with this. That's about all I have to say.
