The easiest used to be bandits in kharid (they auto-attack if you wear something Sara or Zammy); you'll have to keep an eye out if your defense is low, as the hits do add up, but they're minimal effort. Then again, it's generally overcrowded, and they were popular like a year ago.

If you don't like bandits which are my favorite you could try daggonaths(sp) which also offer pretty good xp.

I haven't done the quest to get into the Dags...So I'll write that off.

As for the Bandits, I know they're good for AFK training, but isn't there something faster?

Bandits are great exp but can be a pain when people try to steal your spot. For my final melee levels I trained on daags. I think it's actually faster then bandits. Just do the quest it's simple and would be worth it. ^_^

I'd try training by using a mini-game such as Soul Wars or Pest Control.

Those mini-games can earn a lot of experience points if done right.

If you're not interested in mini games, then try training on rock crabs or experiments. They are low-leveled and have relatively high HP's.

If you have high Strength, and really good Strength bonuses, use your whip at the monkeys on Ape Atoll. I trained there on my account with 80 Attack, it works out really good.

If you have a lot of time i suggest you try out soul wars, its a 20 minute mini game. You can attack other players, raise slayer, and get zeal points to cash in on skills that give out tons of exp.

Alternatively you can afk at bandits or bot places.

IF you 100+ Cb I suggest PC. Borrow a GS and thats prob the fastest XP.
Otherwise, Bandits would be your best bet.

Yesh, on the lvl 149 monkeys.
Cool thing is, the alter right there allows u to keep ur prayer bonuses on, such as str and att prayers :D

if i had defence, id Go to Daggs, ive never been to bandits so i wouldnt know their xp rate, i just know its nice if u have Guthans there.

Spiders are pretty decent, and so is PC.

Also u could train on Cyclops' when you get more defenders? Good xp :)
Axes in wildy aswell, lvl 52 in that shelter place.. auto attack, Good spot.
    take food, hits add up.

DON'T USE A GS. Use a whip and train at bandits if you are lazy. If you want to get something more then just attack xp you should try slayer, maybe even pray piety or whatever you can use to speed things up.

Giant spiders, you can AFK there. When they stop attack just move on to next room.

Use slayer to get exp, Pays off in drops etc. Great exp aswell.

Do smoking kills first for the Slayer Helm.

Or you can do Armoured Zombies. Those are like 120k/hr right? and you pray them. (Altar nearby)
