Discord Scammer

I want report scammer selling amazon prime on discord and he try invite many people on different osrs discord server.
He scammed me 60$, first time he said 401 prime for 60$ - 0.15$/ea, then he raise price and forcing me sent more money to get 401 accounts, I ask for money back but he blocked me and no sent money back.
