Gold4Rs Got Me Perm Banned+No Refund? wtf?

I may stay as leecher+1post, but my old sythe account Agro36 is temp banned until 22th since the hacker spammed on him.

Story: I bought membership for a level 3 i made one hour before i bought the Goldfarming that was suppose to take 27hours but took 3-5days?

I got like 3 Chat convos how they say no, and say that the password i had didn't work etc, while it did.

wow lmao this site is a scam...c'mon when is some 1 actually gonna do something about it:

gold4rs you need to do this!

keep to your rules where it says one banned one same will be given!
give refunds if they have evidence!
hire some1 english the staff have terrible english skills.
get better staff and equiptment to mask your i.p to the persons i.p that you are leveling there acc on...

The site seriously pisses me off sometimes, although i have had mostly good experiences with them their customer support is hopeless, and their poiliceis are stupid.

 

Yesterday i asked

''My account got perm banned from ur service will i get a refund'' and Karen or W/E Replied with ''Sorry but we already got the gold onto ur account''

 

Ouch, that sucks but, maybe if you answered them a little more politely you would have gotten somewhere instead of swearing at people who barely understand you...
But still, they should refund you because 1. your account is banned, 2. you paid for members.
But can't you appeal it? Try to appeal, maybe they'll accept.

Appeal for rule 7 never works lol, and i dont like g4r too, they never refund anyone... Do not use em ppl.

 

Gold4RS sucks. There was PROOF that it was their fault. Even their policiy said they should give a refund. Lol... I NEED TALK TO BOSS!!!!!!

 

This is alot of proof... this site really pisses me off... seriously i recommend using deleted they are legit i bought 11m on my new account(skiller) all went well.. 3 days after no banns
