Why do some people here act smart and why are some morons?

Ok this is a serious thread, why do :

1. People who act smart, but are really retards who think they are special because they try to sound like a 40 year old news presenter. (some exeptions though, like Finn IS smart)

2. Morons, i make a thread on Off-Topic and some moron like Postcount_Matters comes and says "idiot" when it was a thread about sunglasses, why don't you ban moronss? i mean you just let them go around spamming threads, while they think they are really cool for doing it, i'm just requesting a little change around here, make things more strict, because at this point, around half, maybe even three quarters of the forum users are impaired imbeciles.
