Why do people who don't even play Runescape, get Runescape Mod.....

 

Ben plays, I play (bot mostly), MegaMatt used to bot, Blupig plays on and off.

I was very surprised with some of these (mainly tenguage, but I don't hang around market enough I guess), but congratulations to all and I hope you do well.

This thread is for congratulating people, not arguing.

 

Then why don't they give me Graphics Mod even though I don't know one thing about Photoshop.

The ones I know hardly play. And it changes because I didn't know benwise90 played. And i'm not sure how his name popped up. Or how people could actually be chosen to be Runescape Mod. What really is the point?

I guess i'm bitter to people I don't know. Or to people who don't deserve it. but I guess I should stop anyway, only old people get mods and shits anyways

Moderating != playing runescape. The moderators have a job to do, and that is to keep their forum clean. You don't need to play runescape to know how to lock a thread or give someone an infraction.

True, the runescape mods would have to know a little about runescape to do their job effectively. However, they either have played in the past, and are currently on and off or botting or even still play to this day. As Jesse pointed out, each mod falls into one of the above categories, so they can do that job.

Then how would someone be selected to be a Runescape Mod? Almost everyone knows about Runescape and knows what's in it.
