I know it got locked. Actually, that's why I reposted it. Apparently no one has the time to watch a 10 minute film and then comment on the material.

I love quantum mechanics, and find a number of the theories - the 11 dimensional universe, particles traveling as probabilities of being in multiple locations at once (until observed and forced to take on a single location), the ability to teleport particles, etc - fascinating.

But, even with what little I know, I don't have a damn clue what they're going on about.

The great thing about quantum mechanics is that it fundamentally does not make sense. (Even to the scientists who study it). There are so many question marks and inconsistencies that any bullshit theory is considered credible.

And that is what I think this vid is: more bullshit ponderings.

I locked it because you basically posted a video you like. That kind of stuff is what the General OT forum is for. Now that you want to have a discussion on Quantum Mechanics, that's fine.

As to the video, it's interesting to think and wonder about, but that's really it.

This pretty interesting and I liked how every comment was either a question or someone being shocked.

Nothing really to discuss, I think the only people who can/do feel this are the ones who get to it and start seeing everything make sense from all this.

i think that quantum mechanics isnt real i think its a trap made by the global liberal agenda to spend money on science to be used for cloning and other unwholesome activities.

??? I'm just going to completely ignore that post. I don't feed trolls.

Just in case you were being serious, quantum mechanics and cloning have nothing to do with each other.

no im saying that research in quantum mechanics is all probably false and being used to justify huge funding that will be used for immoral things.

Of course. >.< It's a grand scheme carried out by numerous scientists all over the world since the early 1900's, whose experiments have only falsely been duplicated by generations of college students, physicists, etc.

I'm sure you can at least find the double-slit experiment duplicated on youtube. (Though, it's fairly boring to watch if the concept behind it isn't well explained)

I don't think you're a troll for some reason... Just not getting that vibe... More a vibe of stupidity.

Do you know what quantum mechanics is? Research on insanely small particles (or waves) doesn't equate to "immoral" things. What research is "probably false" exactly? Quantum slit experiment? You think they just fabricated all of the experiments? What makes you think that?

but it doesn't make sense it disobeys newton how does that work

and alternative i think that theres a simple answer to your questions unfortunately i dont know what it is lol

but yeah i think that newton physics is the way to go because that actually makes sense.

The video is retarded, quantum mechanics is cool though. Although it's all theory.

You guys make no fucking sense. How is the video "retarded?" Everything is all theory... We've never seen an atom either so can we be sure they exist? I think so. This thread isn't to say shit like "ya u no i think it is reel" or "na bro is jus a theory." This is where you DISCUSS the theories and why you think they are real or not. I want all of these gay posts deleted. I'd rather have an empty topic than a ton of spam.

    I like this theory.
I also watched the movie "down the rabbit hole" and made a paper about it.
