[Will Vouch]

Yeah, I got your attention you scammers, didn't I?

This is put on a lot of Thread Headers, and is starting to anger me. I believe that people should not be able to put [Will Vouch] -or- [Vouch], or anything pertaining to giving out a Vouch for a particular service or help. Putting this draws a lot of scammers to the thread, and lets them feed off of people very quickly to get "trust", which is not evident.

People who put the word "Vouch" in any of their Thread Headers I believe should be infracted 1 point, after a warning of course.

Please discuss / place opinions here.

Good idea, Might decrease scammers and make Sythe better.

 

You've got a point how people can get quick vouches, which doesnt really prove they are trusted.

 

They already are... Vouches are not to be used as currency. If you see the thread then report it.

Very true i dont think you should be alloud to say ill vouch you... free training for vouches... ect... its BS, wow i got 30 vouchs ( all from tuts. Free training.) -.- NO

 

I am glad that you are all in agreement with this. The thing is, the rules need to be updated.

Darkgroove, you need to talk to me on MSN. We need to recreate the rules that Steph has made, so we can implement all the rules that are actually used.

For example :

1. Selling Vouches is not in the official rules, but it is on the site as a Sticky.
-I remember seeing the Sticky.
2. Making Fake Vouches, not in the Official Rules.

There are many other rules that need to be added, and the list needs to be recrafted. If you want DG, we can work this together and propose the list to Sythe or Shredderbeam. Someone of greater power.

Or, we can just do nothing and leave it as it is.

i completly agree aswell. and what im also seeing latley is people opening "free RWT method" thread and telling everyone to vouch for them then they will send them the guide. and people are stupid enough to do it!

I think this is not only a good idea, but pertinent that we get it in the rules soon, Unbanned. I see a lot of these threads, although I'm not going to trade with any foolish market users, it still annoys me.

Unb4nn3d you can't read the rules? This is already against the rules. You should probably complain about the mods not taking care of the threads.
