The TWC will remain until we can locate your original account, which you’ve indicated received a temporary ban.

Once I’ve found the account with the information you've provided, and can determine it’s no longer banned, your TWC will be lifted. If the account is still banned, all secondary accounts will need to be banned and you will need to post a dispute to the initial ban.
