Need someone whos good with 360s. :P

Dunno if this is the right thread, or not.
I need help, every so often, when I turn my 360 on, it's in black and white. Anything serious? Or should I be fine?

 

Check the cables is my advice. They might be loose, or one of the wires is cut/bent.

Try getting new cables, and test it. If it's still the same, return the cables.

 

Right, thanks, And I've checked the cables a few times, there fine. All I ahve to do, is turn it off then on, and it's fine, so idk :/

 

Then it sounds like to me your xbox is crapping out.

I'd call GameStop or another game store in your area and ask them for advice. Usually guys that work there know everything and anything about Xbox 360's, as they are really popular gaming systems.

Seriously? hmm, I might be up for that, when I figure out what the fuck is wrong with this 360, EB games just told me to ring the Customer support, and that was no help. x.x

That may be of help to you it is the 360 helpline, also tell them if it is still under warranty.

 

I just rang them, no help, can't find whats wrong with mine on the site. :/

 

How do you mean "No Help"?, If it's still under warranty tell them that you want your goddamn xbox fixed, they have to.

 

I mean, i could find, what was wrong with it, x.x, they have the exact same thing on the Website.

If that dosn't work call up XBS (Xbox Support)
Tell them your having problems with the picture and no matter the person theyll link your call to the right department.
If not just buy new cables.

Lol you just got xbox 360 sunday right?

It should still be under warranty, so go to EB games and be like I want my xbox exchanged, or fixed.
