You should do ALL of the F2P quests excluding the 2 that give experience, and Dragon Slayer.

I've done all f2p quests possible, and I only have 31 qp ftl.
Drag slayer, witches potion, vampire killer, demon slayer, pimp catcher, & the restless ghost all give cmb exp.
