    Ban Appeal

    In regards to http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4751921

It may appear that I scammed him VIA Western Union. Fortunately, I didn't. The reason it appears so is because he used chat logs. Quoted from 'Report a Scammer Rules':
The post says that if any of the three rules are broken, the report will be instantly denied. So, if he used chat logs, why was it deemed credible? It is clearly seen that in the top left of the screen, it says 'Log Viewer', which would be a chat log.

To show the lack of credibility of his logs, here are some examples that violate the Report a Scammer rules, but go by the same rules that were played on me:

    - ~ m a t t| . . says:
    hahahahahaha you got owned
    - ~ m a t t| . . says:
i just framed you using edited chat logs

I just wanted to show that it's completely possible to frame somebody. I did not scam him and would appreciate to be unbanned as soon as possible. Thank you.

Don't quote the rules to me. Any screenshot can be edited, log or not. The rule only exists so that we don't have to dig through piles of inconclusive reports; however, logs can be accepted as proof if deemed credible.

Thus, your defense of, "haha, it's a log, and you said he can't use them" doesn't work.

You've got at least three people in your thread asking why they haven't received payment yet. If you want to be unbanned, explanations on what happened with these trades and why they're accusing you is required.
