ToUch Deals is a scamming failure

So here is the story, I was out on the xbox section buying a 1600 microsoft US points card. Touch Deals came along and offered me one for the price that I requested which was 25 dollars. we had a chat on msn and he said that he would go first . I told him that I would sign off for a little after he gave me the code to check that it was legit and he said that it was fine by him. he gave me the code and upon entering it on xbox.com I was told that the code was already redeemed. I went back online ASAP to tell him that the code didn't work but he was not online. although I was not scammed he isa danger to the community and if he didn't go first I would have def. been scammed. Now HE is trying to ban me saying that the code was legit and I never payed him although the code was already redeemed before I got it. please ban this scamming failure
