i fps ryan is scammer

We had a deal id train his account and he'd give me a level 95 to do so. Here's evidence:





I asked for payment after 40 at and 40 str said id do 40 def after he paid me. Never responded to me account password has been changed, sad scammer.

 

Ehh can you PM me proof of him confirming you did do it and him not paying you? Any PM's that show you actually did your half and he was aware of it.
