Paypal unverified

I got a slight problem.

Hoping some of you can help me,
Heres my question;

I got a unverified Paypal account, if i get money on it Can i then use it to buy steam games?

you can buy from large companies... u just cant send any.

 

Well I think you have to check on their website, for example when buying Runescape membership you need a verified PayPal and it says when you try to buy it, so check on their website, it'll say somewhere.

 

You don't need a verified paypal to buy runescape membership. Just go to pay by cash, and click "paypal expresscheckout".

As I tried to buy steam games with unverified paypal, it didn't work.

 

You have to have either a credit card or a bank account tied to the paypal for it to work. I just bought some games last night with nothing but a visa gift card in there.
